Marathon Improv with European Star Power! 

Share Improfest Maraton Højmesse Orchestra is back at Aarhus Jazz Festival with a brand new, star-studded lineup. 14 musicians from 7 different countries meet for four hours of non-stop musical exchange in one of the wildest spaces in the city. Look forward to experiencing Aarhus Cathedral transformed into an improv mecca where ANYTHING can and will happen! Be there from the start and feel how the music transcends time and place, or come and go as you please along the way. Anything goes and everyone is welcome.

Share Improfest Maraton Højmesse Orchestra The 2nd will gather as part of this year's Share Improfest - an exchange and networking platform aimed at connecting European improvisational musicians and presenting the essence of their encounters to curious audiences.

Improvfest will be based in the bubbling and creative environment of Sydhavnen, where musicians will be filling rooms and courtyards with mind-blowing musical experiments over four days during Aarhus Jazz Festival. 

It will be an unpredictable and unique opportunity for an intimate exchange with the cream of the contemporary European improvisational music scene.
